Keeping On Track

The hard part is done, you have your expenses answering to you, you have goals that you want to accomplish, now you just have to put your plans in action.

Do you get a tax refund? DON'T BLOW IT! Look at your debt list and consider what you can pay off. Look at your financial goals and see where you can get a jump start. Did you just get a raise at work - don't put that money into your budget - assign it directly to a goal.

Every month you need to check your budget and see if you are meeting your limits you placed on categories. If something needs to be adjusted, do it immediately. If you have $20 left at the end of the month - don't spend it - look at your goals list and put extra into your goals.

Do you have extra junk laying around your house? SELL IT and put that money onto your goals. YOU can change your future.
